Returns and Exchanges

We take pride in providing high quality products to our customers.  It's important to us that you are happy with your order.  We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Dr. Hess Products will fix any issues related to damaged product or shipping errors.
